I cannot find any references to them in the UK on LDS or other sites.
As Slowhands says there are public trees on Ancestry for them including a portrait of Joseph and photos of their Marriage Records and their headstones; they appear to be a prosperous family judging by their ornate memorial stones etc.
I cannot find any mention of a place called Ashbourne in Glostershire, I wonder if its the name of a house or estate ?. I do know the Webster name was wellknown in the Stroud area aka "Gloucester" in the early 1800s.

Searching the name gave this interesting reference that, although clearly not "our" man, could perhaps be a senior relation given the address ??

"Another long-standing family has been the Websters of West Flamborough (near Dundas in Ontario). Joseph Webster had been a British army officer in 1795 when his regiment mutinied. No blame was apparently attached to him as he was subsequently granted land in Canada. He arrived there in 1817. Although he himself became homesick and subsequently returned, his family remained and are still to be found there."

Also from Rootsweb
"1554-77 (Bruce Co): Francis Ed.
WEBSTER, 25, miller, Ontario, Dundas, s/o Joseph WEBSTER & Mariah GREEN, married Jessie McDONALD, 19, Ontario, Paisley, d/o Joseph McDONALD & Margaret McPHERSON, witn: George E. CHAMBERLAIN & Julia ROWE, both of Paisley, 1 Jan 1878 at Paisley"

But as you suggest, they're apparently not from the Dean.
Thanks anyway for the interesting post & kind offer re photos.
