Assuming the above Birth is correct for "your" Joyce, and it looks fine to me, then searching for a possible marriage for her Burrows & Thomas parents gives two possibilities worth considering ?
These are the best "fits" I think purely based on locality & dates, assuming they were localish of course ?? ...
