Parents of Stephen Howells (General)

After adding John Howls baptism in Hereford to my tree ( I thought I had the correct person), I came across the same marriage as you in Hereford added Mary Barnett as his wife then the record below popped up. Well I know my geography is bad, Hereford to Gloucester I thought may be a possibility but even to me this seemed a long stretch. The John Howels of Longhope seems a stronger bet thank you.

If I may be bold please can someone help to find a baptism for a child of George Kear and Maria Darby, I've found three for Hannah 1838, Mary Ann 1841 and Charlotte in 1844, I believe that they had another child possibly a daughter 1848/50. Thank you for all your help.
