I have identified all the Children on the GlousterBMD and the Mothers Surname is Owen.

For Esther/Emma Williams the Mother is Howard.

The problem is, although Emma/Esther has a different Mothers Surname she is still living with the family in the 1861 Census and 1871 Census.

The other problem is that I can find no record whatsoever of a James Williams marrying a Julia Owen. Confused.com haha
