William JONES/Sarah Ann SMITH?/HARDWICK (General)

William Jones and Charlotte Hardwick were my great-great grandparents. Their son Edwin Richard Jones was my great grandfather. After the deaths of William and Charlotte it seems the children were sent to live with various relatives nearby.
Edwin married Sarah Elizabeth Russell about 1871. They eventually had 11 children. Edwin came to the USA around 1881. Sarah and her brother Alfred Thomas Russell came over around 1883 with 6 of the Jones children, including my grandmother, Edith Louise Jones who was about 3 at the time. I have photos of my great grandparents taken shortly after they arrived here. In 1920 they returned to England for a visit around the time of their 50th wedding anniversary.
I have constructed a family tree for Edwin R. Jones going back to a William Jones (1745-1781) and would be interested to learn if I am on the right track.
