I hope someone can advise me
i am looking for a libray or family history center
where i can view and print parish records for Ross and
another close by village
my attempt to find this info via internet search failed
or should i say i failed

Have you searched this site? There are transcriptions of Parish records for Ross (and lots of other places!)

Go up to the blue bar at top of page and to the left of FORUM is Resources. Click on the drop-down menu and Parish Records are listed first.
