Hi Liz,
I'm sure you've already found this from googling, but Glos Archives carry the following record which will be worth seeing I'm sure
"Westbury-on-Severn: messuage and 2 tithing lands called Hutts in Rodley in Westbury-on-Severn, dated 1697"

Oddly I think, the same entry found via the National Archives website gives more detail, namely

"Westbury-on-Severn [no ref. or date]

[no title] D247/50 1697

Contents:
Messuage and 2 tithing lands called Hutts in Rodley in Westbury-on-Severn
(Malson, Launder, Crumpe)"
