William Cooke 1660 - 1713 (General)

My 8x Great Grandfather is William Cooke born 1660 died Bream 1713. I believe his will is listed on the National archive site, as proved by the bishop of Gloucester in 1714.

The daughter of William Cooke, Ann married my 7x Great Grandfather Evan Jenkins at Newland in 1701.

Can anyone advise on how to get a copy of the above will?

Could this the same William Cooke who was member of parliament for West Dean in 1679? (aged 19)and granted a Knight of the Royal oak in 1681?
