BBC 1975 series Survivors "Locations" (General)

I wonder if anyone remembers locations for this series, a guy is asking on the Monmouth Facebook page. The cast stayed in Monmouth and filmed towards Garway and Welsh Newton, but I know they filmed in Lydney too. This clip, a row of cottages on a hillside looks like Ruardean Hill or some other Forest Hill. He wants to find the location, so have a look at the last few minutes of this clip, somebody might know it.

The whole series is on Youtube, I watched it again and told a friend the deserted town with empty shops that survivors wander through looked familiar, and he said it was Lydney, filmed in the early hours or on a sunday.
