There are half a dozen fairly basic MIs from Parkend on places.wishful-thinking.org.uk/GLS/Parkend/MIs/html, recorded by Alf Beard, but you might want to mail help@gfhs.org.uk which is the Gloucestershire Family History Society. I got a lot of Lydney St Mary's details from them, and I know several Women's Institutes and others have compiled certain details too. Also you might get help from contacts on www.parkendandvineyhillchurches.org.uk. It gives you the Vicar's phone number but adds that a lot of the archives are at Gloucestershire Archives, who are helpful by email and have on-line indexes, as well as being right next door to GFHS, but at the end of the day if they've come by any MIs you'd have to go to their HQ at Alvin Street, Gloucester or get a local researcher (they can give you a list) to go in for you, at a price.
