logging in (General)

Hi

There is some info about this on the Help & FAQ's area. There is also a link on home page re cookies that you need to click on to agree.
If not successful after this then you need to fill in a help & support form under the Help tab on the home page.

However, having said that, I have been having this problem for some time now as have a few other people I think. I have opened a ticket for help in the past and I have done all the things suggested, such as cookies, security etc, but still having the same trouble each time.. It can take a bit of perseverance but sometimes I do eventually get in to the Parish records.

I understand how frustrating it can be though.. keep logging in and the computer says NO! and you get a cross message telling you that you must log in, so you do and you still get an angry reply in red type with an exclamation mark... lol

From what I have read on other threads admin are well aware of the issues and hopefully they will be resolved soon.

Just a hiccup I think, still a great site though :)
