Looking back at my 'ramblings' (Gloucestershire/Wiltshire dialect - don't sound their 'H's i.e. ELT/HELT, being Wiltshire born myself and Grandparents from Gloucestershire)

did notice the baptism at Twynings (just to re-cap)

Henry ELT, parents : Elizabeth & Thomas EVERIS (Servant) alias EVER - 1 April 1827

1841 Census, Twinings

EVERESS

Thomas - 35 - ag. Lab
Elisabeth - 40
Benjamin - 10
Ann - 6
George - 1
Henry ELT - 14

----

then again on the 1841 census

John ELLT 60
Ann - 55
6 Charles EVERIFS -

Will see if anything else turns up on my discs - and try and find more info re Thomas & Elizbeth - appears to be a number of EVERISS etc at Twynings. (1841 census named Twining)
