I have the Memorial Inscription Records of Ruardean Churchyard.
The only record printed in the book is as follows:

Jack & Flo Durham
Wooden plaque on stone inscription on metal.
This memorial is at the back on the church down the path on the left hand side, near the conifer trees one up from the bottom. Hope this helps.
