I'm logging in, my page will come up. but when I click to parish records. it keeps telling me to log in. anyone else having the same problem. thank. linda

There are clear guidelines on this matter in Help-FAQ. and if the problem persists then please raise a ticket using the Help & Support Contact Form.

If you are a long term user and this problem arises then it is most likely that the cookies are corrupt in which case clear the history and start again. You may also need to close and reopen the browser to make sure the new cookies are registered correctly.
