Hi,
to hopefully help other users, this query has been raised on this prior thread.
http://www.forest-of-dean.net/fodmembers/index.php?mode=thread&id=27287
which mentions the PR which you already have;

Month: May
Day: 28
Parents_Surname: HARDMAN
Child_Forenames: Mary Anne
Fathers_Forenames: William
Mothers_Forenames: Maria
Mothers_Surname:
Residence: Bromesberrow
Occupation: Labourer
Officiating_Minister: Ch[arles]. Hill Curate
Event: Baptism
Memoranda:
Notes:
Register_Reference: P63 IN 1/6
Page_Number: 12
Parish_Chapel: Bromsberrow

Sadly my search on Ancestry, LDS etc isn't showing anything more; of the regular forum researchers if anyone could help further then I think it's the likes of MPGriffiths who would be most likely, and she's already posted on above-mentioned thread. Of course I'm very happy to be proven wrong ! This enquiry is complicated by fact Bromeberrow is on Herefordshire & Worcestershire border, so may need to visit Herefordshire FHS records
