BNA Gloucester Citizen - Thursday 12 February 1903
NEWNHAM COUNTY COURT. Wednesday.—Before his Honour Judge Ellicott. Amos Goulding, farm labourer, of Black Pool Cottage, Mitcheldean, applied for an administration order. Applicant owed £24, and offered to pay 10s in the pound by monthly instalments of 5s. Mr. Whatley appeared on behalf of a creditor. The application was granted.

The following were summoned by Harold Long, a County Education Committee’s School Attendance Officer, for breaches of the Education bye-laws:—William Carpenter, labourer. Mitcheldean (in respect of Annie, aged 13, Amos Goulding, labourer, Mitcheldean (Gladys 13).
