sorry for thinking you'd not read the guidelines. Ref activating the email facility, so as to gain a envelope icon displayed next to your username, to be honest I'm not 100% sure how to do it either ! It was 8 years ago when I joined the forum and I'm notoriously forgetful.

Apologies for not realising you were an experienced researcher, very often we get complete novices who can be prone to making assumptions or taking clues as gospel fact.
