I have ancestors born in Woolaston and baptised in either the parishes of Woolaston or Tidenham. The dates I am searching are included in the available list of Parish Records, but do not come up when I search by name. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong? Thank you.

You may not be doing anything wrong and so that we can find a solution could you please access the Database Correction Form and submit a ticket with details. At the moment the phrase "looking for a needle in a haystack" springs to mind.
