I'm looking for details of sales of Crown land in Cinderford before 1856. I've found some in the Parliamentary Papers, House of Commons and Command, Volume 37. Example...

But I can't find any earlier ones. I thought an earlier volume of the same document would be what I need but can't find that either. I'm going around in circles. Anyone able to straighten me out?

If it helps, the person who bought the land was Henry Tyler though, on the documents I already have, he is shown as Henry Taylor.

Thanks Mike. That seems to deal mainly with the sale of encroachments which happened in the 1840s. The piece I'm looking for the details of wasn't an encroachment and the purchase was probably between 1851 and 1855.
