Could anyone connect Gwen Pritchard with the Rook(e) family?

I have a photograph which has the photographer's date stamp on the back stating that the photograph was taken on Nov 7th 1911. It is difficult to make out the photographer's name but it could be Jack and the surname starts with Le... -The words "more can be obtained" are also part of the photographer's stamp. The photograph is of Gwen Pritchard who is a young woman but it is difficult to assess her age due to the Edwardian clothes she is wearing but she is at least 20 and probably no more than 40 years old. She is sitting resting one arm on a mock stone pillar and on top of the pillar is her dog which looks like some form of small rough haired terrier. She looks Welsh and very much like my mother used to look.
I am presuming that it was my grandmother who wrote on the back of the photograph the words:
"Cousin Gwen Pritchard, Coleford, Gloucestershire."
Can anyone link Gwen Pritchard to my grandmother who was Agnes Beatson (Born in 1896) the grand daughter of Thomas and Eliza Agnes Rook(e) who moved from Coleford to Sheffield in the 1870s and whose daughter Agnes (born in Coleford in 1869) was her mother.
Gwen Pritchard is highly likely to be either my grandmother's second cousin (rather than a first cousin) or the first or second cousin of one of her grandparents. Other family names besides Rook(e) are Morgan, Prosser and Steade.
I have looked on the Internet for Gwen Pritchards but though there are two or three possibilities I'm not sure whether Pritchard was her married name or her maiden name.
Please help me to solve this mystery!
