I am interested to know if anyone has any information on Stanley ELLWAY. His WW1 Service Record states that he is a Schoolteacher living with his mother at Ashleigh House, Yorkley.

I have his birth, marriage and death and details of three children.

I would like to know if there is any record of which school he would have taught at or any photographs of him. Likewise is his house still there?

There is still a house called Ashleigh House in Lower Road, Yorkley Postcode GL15 4TQ, it is about 5 minutes walk from Yorkley Primary School.

Stanley Henry ELWAY b1889 to henry and Mary, Stanley married madge kathleen GUNTER and had three children. The details of his address have come from his WW1 Service Record.
