Hi! I'm trying to connect the information on the family tree my dad and aunt drew up years ago to what I'm finding here, and have a discrepancy. There was discussion in August on the "Wilces of Ruardean" string of this John Wilce 1756 concluding that his parents were John Wilce 1726 and Sarah Rudge 1730, married 1754. My tree shows his parents being William Wilse and Sarah Turner of Elmore Parish, married Aug. 11, 1757. Can anyone find more information on this to help me correct the discrepancy? Thanks!

So you think John 1756 son of John 1726 and Sarah Rudge 1728 is the one who married Elizabeth Blakeway in 1779, or do you think both brothers, William and John sons of John 1702 and Anne Evans 1705 had Johns in 1756?

The information that i have given is the information that a few of us have put together. One of my contacts has John and Sarah Rudge marriage cert. and also John and Elizabeth Blakeway marriage certs.
