James & Hester COX Ruardean Blacksmith family (General)
Thanks for that. Since realising that James was a son of James ( if you follow me) I did a quick search on the Mormon site which returned a marriage of James Cox to Esther Harold on 14 Dec 1834 in the church at Ewyas Harold, so I will be following that lead.
However, from the same site, it appears that a James Cox was baptised at Tirley on 25 Sept 1809. This does not appear on any Tirley records as yet. Maybe they are still being transcribed.
Thank you for all your assistance
