military hospital (General)
If the death cert states Sedbury Tidenham RD, that would mean the village of Sedbury in Tidenham Rural District, which still, incidentally comes under Tidenham Parish.
I don't know of any Military Hospital at Sedbury, then or now, except there was a small camp there, so maybe there was a small hospital attached.
It might pay you to contact the local museum?
