Yearsley's in the Forest (General)

by yearsleytree @, Saturday, March 07, 2009, 17:00 (5813 days ago)

Good day;
I am interested in hearing from any researcher who may have connections to the Yearsley surname in the Forest of Dean and neighbouring areas ie; Hereford and Monmouth.

I am also looking for a marriage of one James Yearsley (b) 1763 and one Ann ?? (b) 1753 who resided in Tewksbury and are interred at Ross on Wye. I afraid that is all I have . If James married at age 18 - 20 then the marriage took place abt. 1781 - 1783.
Any assistance is apprecisted.

My daughter's grandmother was the daughter of Beatrice Yearsley who was descended from Thomas Yerzley and Mercy Jones. Is this a branch you are interested in?

I have a Yearsley in my family tree.
Abiah Teague 1788-1876 married William Yearsley 1786-1853 on 14-8-1813.
She subsquently remarried in 1859 to George Edy.
