Dave;
Thank you for the reply;
I have now altered my Yearsley Tree to reflect this new and correct data. I had the parents of one George Watkins as Silvanus Watkins (b) March 1683 and Sarah West (b) January 03, 1684/85 ... How do they fit in, if at all?

As far as the Yearsley line goes, I can fill in some blanks for you for Stephen Yearsley and Mary Watkins.

Stephen Yearsley ( b May 22, 1734 ) = Mary Watkins (b January 09, 1740/41)
Married May 22, 1762, Ruardean.

Children of Stephen and Mary are : James Yearsley (b)December 05, 1762; Mary Yearsley (b) September 15, 1765; Stephen Yearsley (b) June 05, 1767; Winifred
( Winney ) Yearsley (b) July 21, 1771; Letisha ( Lettice ) Yearsley (b) November 07, 1773; Moses Yearsley (b) August 11, 1776; John Yearsley (b) November 04, 1779; Cornelius Yearsley (b) May 19, 1782 and lastly, William Yearsley (b) April 14, 1786.

Stephen Yearsley (b)1734 is buried at the Ruardean churchyard as is Mary (Watkins) Yearsley. Stephen deceased September 15, 1817, Mary deceased May 12, 1826. The Monument is located next to the church walkway and generally very close to the Church building structure. The monument is representative of Stephen's family burial plot and includes: Their son John, Their son Cornelius of the Swan Inn ( Ross ),Their son William and William's family ; Abiah William's wife and their only son Edwin who died in Ross Herefordshire. I have a photograph of the gravestone that I took in 2003. If you want a copy of that photo, let me know and I would be happy to send it along.

I have the will of Stephen which reflects his children and some granchildren. The will is witnessed by Edward Watkins and William Turner. I believe that the Ed Watkins is a relative of Mary ( Watkins ) Yearsley, Stephens wife; although not proven. Perhaps you can enlighten me on that issue.
