Where was Evans Row? ? Bilson Green or Ruspidge.

I suspect Bilson/Cinderford, but if you have some more context I should be able to double check./

No definite yet but rows like "Factory Row" were built in Bilson to serve the Iron foundry and coal mines.

Ruspidge tended to be cottages rather than "rows" of dwellings.

Have you checked the 1911 after Mary's death ?

The following is not much help in solving this mystery, but - I have asked an 80 year old who lived in a row by the Upper Bilson pub and she had never heard of it. Also it is known that where a group of families occupied a row of houses they named it after themselves. For instance on Harrow Hill (or Harry Hill as we natives still call it) there is a Boseley Row.
