Is there anywhere I can research an accident that happened to one of my ancestore . The parish record says that James POWELL aged 8(buried Aug 19th 1851 living at Berry Hill) was"killed by.."The entry seems to be incomplete

It appears the burial record has got truncated somehow, this is how it should read:
Killed by a waggon running over him
James POWELL cause of death 1851
