Benjamin Trigg married Mary Kear February 1850.(my great Grandparents) The bride and grooms residence was Drybrook at the time of their marrage
I would appreciate any information about Benjamin farther and mother.
All I know is that his father was also called Benjamin and his occupation was a Stone Cutter.

Benjamin Trigg Married Mary Kear.

Hi Susan

I have been away for a while and am catching up. Slowhands has covered most detail correctly as you would expect, however, in my view there is no connection via the hyper link shown with the Benjamin Trigg who married Mary Marfell - it would be most interesting for me if this was the case.

Benjamin Trigg 1826 was the son of Benjamin Trigg & Elizabeth Roberts. Benjamin & Elizabeth had 7 children that I am aware of, including an Absalom & an Edwin (see below) This Benjamin died 12 July 1836 & Elizabeth Trigg nee Roberts married John Glover 14 Jan 1837:

1851 Census
GLOVER John 45 Coal Miner Westbury on Severn
Elizabeth 55 Dean Forest
Edwin Stepson 22 Coal Miner Ruardean
Absolom Stepson 18 Coal Miner Ruardean
GLOVER George 11 Scholar Ruardean

1861Census
Elizabeth Glover abt 1796 East Dean Wife
George Glover abt 1839 East Dean Son
John Glover abt 1813 Little Dean Head
Absalom Trigg abt 1835 East Dean Stepson

My main connection here is Elizabeth Roberts 3rd cousin 4 times removed, which makes us related.

Mary Kear's parents were William Kear & Sarah Cox married 14 Mar 1913

1841 Census Bream Tufts
KEAR William 78 Colier Newland
Sarah 70 Woolaston
John Lodger 21 Labourer Newland
