I have found the family on the 1891 Census living at a small house (2 rooms) called Norman's Head in the EC of Alvington, Lancaut, and Woolastone St Andrew but have failed to find them in the 1911 Census

1901 Normans Head
William Walkins abt 1846 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Head Woolastone, Gloucestershire
Esther Walkins abt 1857 Hoar Withy, Herefordshire, England Wife Woolastone, Gloucestershire
William Walkins abt 1880 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Son Woolastone, Gloucestershire
Annie Walkins abt 1891 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Daughter Woolastone, Gloucestershire
Florence Walkins abt 1893 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Daughter Woolastone, Gloucestershire
Charles Walkins abt 1895 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Son Woolastone, Gloucestershire
Alice Walkins abt 1897 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Daughter Woolastone, Gloucestershire
Ernest Walkins abt 1899 Woollaston, Gloucestershire, England Son Woolastone, Gloucestershire

1911 - probably in one of the "unavailable at the current time" areas
