Frederick son of Thomas MORGAN married Rosa dau of James POWELL in 1888 at Parkend. I would like to make contact with anyone who may have connections to this family or can help with more information on the children.
I have 6 children from census information as follows;
Frederick Ernest 1890 bapt at Lydbrook
Allan born Pillowell 1892 died 1963 buried Christchurch wife Ada from Christchurch MI's
Thomas Arthur born Pillowell 1894 buried Christchurch 1938
Ella born Pillowell 1898
James Albert born Coalway Lane End 1900 married Ellen SIMMONS Christchurch 1923
Leslie 1904 born Berry Hill
Frederick from marriage info of James in 1923 was a blacksmith at Mile End.

Thanks Slowhands I had forgotten you had provided census info for parents of Frederick & Rosa. I have edited my message to say I would like info on their children.
As you can see from 1891 census all forenames were not actually their registered names except Frederick E. who is the only child baptised, according to 1911 census Allan is Henry Allan, I cannot find a birth registration nor for Ella but think she may be a Florence Ella D.
As these are likely someones grandparents who stayed in the forest I am hoping the info stated may jog a few memories.

Do you know who Frederick Morgan born 1891 West Dean married. According to the BMD Register, Eva Marfell daughter of Tom Marfell and Eleanor Sarah Jane Morgan married a Frederick Morgan 1917 Ross District 6a 11. It is not one of the certificates I have applied for - I have 983 and there are limits !!
Eva Marfell was born in Coleford in 1895.

Sorry Jim, I don't know I have looked at entry in ancestry does only say Frederick and not Frederick E. It is one to bear in mind, have looked for children post 1917 none come up.
