on one of the early records of Stephen Malson died 1713 it says his residence is Moyes Hill.There are several refernces to it on the site.Regards Liz Clarke

Moys Hill was the home of a branch of the Malson family from 1541 to at least 1712; (fn. 90) the house was almost entirely rebuilt in brick in the 18th or early 19th century, although it retains some beams inside dated 1655.
