Admin, how polite you are. I think that if I was in your shoes I would have "lost my cool" by now. Many times I have given up bothering to read something printed in only uppercase or lower case letters.

I really admire you and Slowhands, for answering enquiries etc. from people, who quite clearly have made no effort to read and absorb your instructions for posting messages. When one considers how much valuable information they are able to obtain for very little effort, it should be a matter of common courtesy to make an attempt to follow your hints and tips.

As always, many thanks for your very helpful site from which so many people must benefit.
