Edward Turley 1816-1900 (General)
Reasonable speculation. Whoever mother Margaret was, she was single and in the workhouse (which I take it "Union Westbury" indicates) and the father is unidentified. Margaret Turley would have been about 24 years old when Frank was born, whilst Mary Ann nee Sterry would have been about 47, ticking on a bit for childbirth especially that long ago. P.
