Horney Family of Little, East and West Dean (General)

I am trying to find the Ancestors of George Horney born abt 1870 in East Dean.

Apologies if the information is easily available but I can't find any records in Free BMD which was a bit of a surprise and I'm new to this.

He seems to be related to a Theophilus Horney who is the father of John, William & Eliza Jane but it's not clear to me whether he is a son or cousin.

His mother is Eliza Horney who marries Edward Bouser (or maybe Bonser) 24 Aug 1880.

I think that Hannah Baldwin (b 1772) is probably his Great Grandmother.
