Dulcie and Godfrey lives in Snows Lane, Lydbrook for many years as did my grandfather, Roland Evans who married Dulcie after her husband died in a pit accident at the Lydbrook mine. Thanks to you all for the replies. I'm sorry I have taken so long to get back but have had a nasty chest infection - its the damp down here in Cornwall! I had some of the information posted but not all and this is a great help, so thank you very much. If anyone has any memories or pictures of the top of Snows Lane I would be interested to see them. Also if I can do any look ups at the record centre in Truro for anyone I would be happy to.
