READs of Ruardean Woodside (General)

It is a quite common practise to baptise more than one child on the same day, even if they are born a few years apart. However, my understanding is that George & Elizabeth Read were twins. Their brother Richard was born 1814 in Dudley Staffs, so you will not find him in the Forest of Dean records.
