Basille WILLIAMS born around 1891 (General)

I am looking for information about a Basille Williams who was born around 1891
His mother was Margaret Williams (nee Jones) and his father was James Williams born 1842. They came from Builth Wells/Langaten . I think he had a brother called Guerney who emigated to Canada. There was also a Leslie who died of TB around November 1918.
