given as Hester and not Esther as on all the other 8 children
and
the residence is given as Ellwood and not Clearwell.

I would not be too concerned with either - spellings and transcription should be viewed with an open mind :-) - Ellwood and Clearwell are adjacent and about a mile apart so its the "right" area !

now as you go back past 1800 the records get more patchy but don't give up !
