Thomas WORKMAN (1822 Walcot) (General)

Sorry I do not have the Cert ( suggested as SWANTON elsewhere)

The wedding info is Thomas WORKMAN marries Betsey WILLIAMS in Charlton Kings, 1848. Both are given as of full age but from census info an estimate of the likely birth of Thomas is 1825 - 1830. The father of Thomas is illegible - probably Swanton WORKMAN. I guess he'd be born about 1800 and was an engine pipe maker (Thomas was a cordwainer).

however this may help 13th Foot Regiment
- later the Light Infantry:-
