Where is East Dean? (General)

The location is named differently in each census but I wonder if it might be the same place...

"Danzy Green, East Dean"
"Dancing Green, East Dean"
"Lea Bailey, Dancing Green, East Dean"
"East Dean, Bailey Lane End"

I would like to be able to find this/these places on a map, but I just can't work out where "East Dean" actually is. Additionally, I would love to look for photos of these places but East Dean itself doesn't have any photographs - which is surprising given how big it was. Would the locations I've listed come under a smaller suburb at all?
