LETT family of Norton and Prestbury (General)

This is a long shot, but I'm hoping someone may be able to help me.
HENRY LETT and WILLIAM LETT, brothers, were Tailors in Norton in the late 17C. Henry died in Norton in 1690, William in 1692. No birth records, but their parents may have been JOHN and GRACE LETT, both of whom died earlier in Norton.
Henry Lett left a will, in which he mentions a property in Prestbury which he owns. Henry's only daughter, Patience, died, and the property was left to William's son, John Lett. John had sisters Sarah, who married in Norton, and Grace, who (probably) married in Prestbury on 4/5/1712 to Edward Freeman.
Two questions. John Lett had a son, John b1721 in Norton, who disappears off the radar. I'd love to know what happened to him.
And does anyone know if there are any earlier Lett records?
Any help appreciated.
Angela
