George BARNARD c1869 (General)
Whilst searching someone unconnected to the Forest of Dean I came across the following in the Gloucestershire Echo, dated 3rd March 1903
Accident:-
George BARNARD (34) of Mitcheldean, a drayman in the employ of Mr Wintle, brewer fell while carrying a sack of flour and sustained a fracture of the knee-cap. He is now an inmate of the infirmary.
