I believe the photograph was taken in the yard of the home of Harry and Betrice Price.

My grandparents took over the property following the death of Harry Pace.

Tony I think you may be right, I have just posted a old pic of Rose Cottage, and you can see the old stone wall in both,and the part of the door frame looks the same.
I had to post the pic on the Community page, as for some reason it would not let me post it on Old Photographs,
