Thomas Whittington burial 1863 residence query (General)
Hello Gilly,
I don't think your Thomas is the one who died in 1863 at the Strip and At It for the reasons already given by Jim Ashton.
The name Thomas Whittington was very common in the Forest of Dean around that time which makes it difficult to pinpoint the exact one when researching. I have 7 Thomas Whittingtons in my tree so far but I don't have one that matches yours.
Sorry not to have been more help,
Lesley
