From the 1911 Census:

I had thought this was our Bernice MAY Phillips,

Sydney Vines, Head abt 1869 42 Male Married 19yrs, Constable, Viney Hill, Gloucestershire, 98 Higher Cotswold Road, Upper Cotswold Rd, Bedminster.
Sarah Vines, Wife abt 1870, 41 Female, Married 19 yrs, 98 Higher Cotswold Road, Upper Cotswold Rd, Bedminster.
May Phillips, Boarder abt 1902, 9, Female, Yorkley, Gloucestershire, 98 Higher Cotswold Road, Upper Cotswold Rd, Bedminster.

HOWEVER I now find her still at Oldcroft :

Mrs Eliza Phillips Wife, abt 1862, 49, Female Married East Dean Gloucestershire, England, Oldcroft, Lydney Glos.
Samuel Phillips Son, abt 1891, 20, Male Married Collier (hewer), West Dean Gloucestershire, England, Oldcroft Lydney Glos.
William Phillips Son, abt 1893, 18, Male Single Collier (hewer), West Dean Gloucestershire England, Oldcroft Lydney Glos.
Thomas Phillips Son, abt 1898, 13, Male School, West Dean Gloucestershire England, Oldcroft Lydney Glos.
Annie Phillips Daughter, abt 1895, 16, Female Single, West Dean Gloucestershire, England, Oldcroft Lydney Glos.
Burniee Phillips Daughter, abt 1903, 8, Female School, West Dean, Gloucestershire,England, Oldcroft Lydney Glos.

I suspect there is more than a coincidental link between these two households.
