E. Nash, farmer. Ellwood, 19s.; John Prosser, farmer, Tan House. Newland, 18s.; Rowland Hill, labourer, Sling. 19s.; Thomas H. Lacey, insurance agent, Milkwall, 17s.; William J. Broadwell, 18s. The Chairman said it was very silly_on the part of the defendants, as they did not read their notices. They had all rendered themselves liable to a £20 penalty each. The bench would have to act more severely in future.
