Regarding Levi Wilce, and his son Tom, who owned the Timber yard which later became Cinderford bus station and now Lidl supermarket. I've just found this entry in the Grace's Directory.

According to his grandson's obituary;

“My father’s side of the family were Conservatives. My grandfather (Levi) at the time was probably the richest man in Cinderford."

Levi and his descendants owned several shops in the town throughout the C20th.
