English Bicknor and Walford (General)

My great great grandmother in the 1851 census is stated as being born in Walford. Would English Bicknor be classed as being in Walford?

They are two adjacent Parishes, so easy to see why someone might confuse being them. esp. as parish boundaries are not always the easist "barrier" to see !
The one parish is not in the other , it is not unusal for someone to give different parishes to the enumerator over several censii. i.e. born in Walford, grew up in English Bicknor,
