So did her parents never marry? Is Heath mother's maiden name or step father?
Has anyone been able to find her on a census please? She was born abt 1827 but I cannot find a baptism.

Aaah the infamous Sarah Heath.

Do you think she was a relation of Grantley and if so was her daughter Charlotte marrying a relative.

Marriages to Matthew Dancey 1846/James Robins 1850

by pclark @, Monday, February 11, 2008, 20:16 (6199 days ago) @ ChrisW

This is the correct person. She gave birth to a son at the time of Matthews death, then married his cousin James Robins. This is where my direct line comes from.
There are Heaths mentioned in the 1841 census of Parkend. The most likely one is living at Quarry Arch.
There are also Preests further down my line as Sarahs daughter Charlotte Robins marries Thomas Preest(1848) of Newland so I think it eliminates that one.
Looks like we will never know

regards

Pete
